Rautakauppa- ja rakennustarvikkeiden sekä puutavaran hankinta Seinäjoen kaupungin yksiköiden ja Trimma ry:n käyttöön tämän tarjouspyynnön ehtojen mukaisesti. Sopimuskausi on 36 kk, lisäksi tilaaja pidättää itsellään oikeuden käyttää 1 vuoden option. Optiosta tehdään erillinen päätös. Rautakauppa- ja rakennustarvikelista mukaisille tuoteryhmille (1-13) on liitteellä 1 ilmoitettava alennusprosentti, joka annetaan ko. ryhmien tuotteille toimittajan julkisesta hinnasta/liikkeen julkaisemasta hinnasta. Ryhmien alennusprosentti voi olla myös sama kaikille ryhmille. Ryhmät liitteellä 1: 1. Rakennuseristeet 2. Rakennuspahvit, paperit ja muovit 3. Kateaineet 4. Betonit ja muurausaineet 5. Tiilet ja harkot 6. Rakennuslevyt 7. Työvälineet 8. Pienrauta ja -tarvike 9. Sisustusmateriaalit 10. Maalausaineet ja -tarvikkeet 11. Suodatinkangas 12. Lukot, ovensulkijat ja niiden osat sekä asennukset 13. ILOQ-lukitus, osat ja asennukset Tuoteryhmien 12 ja 13 osalta on ilmoitettava lisäksi työveloitukset euroa/tunti, alv 0% sekä ajoveloitukset liitteessä mainitulla tavalla. Samoin liitteellä on ilmoitettava mahdolliset keräys- ja kuljetusmaksut.; Puutavaraliitteellä 2 on ilmoitettava hinta alv 0% ilmoitettua yksikköä kohden. Pääosin kaupunkiympäristön toimialan käyttöön tuleva raaka puutavara, hinnoitteluliitteen pos. 1-21, tulee olla ulkokuivaa, kosteus n. 18-22%. Listat pos 22-26 tuotteiden tulee olla säilytetty kuivissa sisäolosuhteissa. Tilaaja pidättää itsellään oikeuden kilpailuttaa koulujen käyttöön tulevan puusepänkuivan puutavaran tähän puitejärjestelyyn valittujen toimittajien kanssa myöhemmin alkusyksystä.
