Description

Tuusulan kunnan kiinteistöt Oy, Tuumakodit, pyytää tarjousta VT Pajukiitäjä -nimisen rakennushankkeen Tavoitehintaurakasta (suunnittelu sekä rakennus-tekniset ja LVIAS -työt) tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Pyydämme kiinteähintaista tavoitehintaurakka -tarjousta liitteenä olevien ARK -suunnitelmien ja asiakirjojen mukaisesti toteutettuna. Pääurakka, tavoitehintaurakka, sisältäen rakennusurakan sekä päätoteuttajan tehtävät, LVI-, sähkö- ja rakennusautomaatiourakat sisältyen. Rakennuskohde on rivitalot 2 kpl, joihin tulee yhteensä kahdeksan asuntoa. Ulko-rakennukseen sijoitetaan tekniset tilat, huoneistojen verkkovarastot/talovarasto sekä ulkoiluvälivarasto. Rakennuskohde käsittää kohteen Urakan mukaisesti toteutussuunnittelun ja rivitalorakennuksen rakentamisen piha-alueineen oheisten urakkalaskenta-asiakirjojen mukaisessa laajuudessa siten, että vastaanottohetkellä hanke on kokonaisuudessaan täysin valmis.
