Description

Urakan kohteena on Tuusulan seurakunnan Rusutjärven leirikodin piha-alueen perusparannus maisemasuunnitelman mukaisesti. Suunnitelman on toteuttanut Piha- ja puistosuunnittelu Pirttijärvi Oy (y-tunnus 1977659-7). Työ sisältää maa- ja pintarakenteita, rakenteita ja varusteita, kasvillisuus- ja maisemointitöitä sekä pysäköintialueen muutoksia. Hankinta toteutetaan kokonaisvastuu-urakkana yleisiä sopimusehtoja noudattaen ja pihasuunnitelman mukaan. Työn sisältö (pääkohdat) ovat: - Kivituhkapintojen uusiminen - Betonilaatoitukset - Turvahakealueiden rakentaminen - Asfaltointi - Bergo-pelialustan asentaminen - Kiipeilytelineen asentaminen - Puupolkujen ja reunuslankkujen rakentaminen - Istutuslaatikot ja kasvillisuustyöt - Metsäalttarin penkkien oikaisu ja vesakon raivaus - Pysäköintialueen laajennus Ostaja pidättää oikeuden hyväksyä tai hylätä tarjoukset.
