Description

Turun ja Kaarinan seurakuntayhtymä pyytää tarjousta seurakuntayhtymän toimitalon peruskorjauksen 2-vaiheisesta projektinjohtourakasta tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteenä olevien tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaan. Eerikinkadun ja Aninkaistenkadun kulmassa sijaitseva Turun ja Kaarinan seurakuntayhtymän toimitalo on seurakuntien asuinkerrostaloksi ja keskusvirastoksi vuosina 1955 ̶ 1957 rakennettu kolmiosainen rakennuskokonaisuus, jonka on suunnitellut arkkitehti Erik Lindroos. Toimitalo tulee peruskorjata, koska rakennus on teknisesti käyttöikänsä päässä ja rakennuksen sisäilmasta on tullut poikkeamahavaintoja. Rakennuksen puupaaluilla perustettu pihasiipi vaatii uudelleenpaalutuksen eikä rakennuksen esteettömyys täytä nykypäivän vaatimuksia. Tunnistetun laajan peruskorjaustarpeen vuoksi on päätetty samassa yhteydessä toteuttaa myös tilamuutoksia, joilla parannetaan tilojen toiminnallisuutta ja varustelua. Hankkeen alustava aikataulu: Projektinjohtourakan kehitysvaihe 6/2026-9/2026 Rakentamispäätös/päätös toteutusvaiheen aloituksesta 10/2026 Rakentamisaika/projektinjohtourakan toteutusvaihe 12/2026-6/2028
