Description

Puitesopimuksen kohteena on lyhytaikaisten rakennustöiden ja korjauspalveluiden tuottaminen Tilaajan korjaus-, kunnossapito-, muutostyö- ja uudisrakennushankkeissa. Tilaaja valitsee 8 toimittajaa rakennustekniseen, sähkö- ja lvi-osioihin (8 toimittajaa per osio), joiden kanssa se tekee puitesopimuksen. Tilaaja voi myös valita vähemmän määrän toimittajia, mikäli tarjouspyynnön vaatimukset täyttäviä tarjouksia on vähemmän. Tilattavat työt tulevat sisältämään mm. seuraavia tehtäviä: rakennustekniset työt (tilamuutoksia, isompia pts-töitä, ovikorjauksia, väliseinien rakentamista/purkamista ja maalaustöitä, lattioiden korjaustöitä, mattoasennuksia, hiontoja ja monenlaisia muita korjaustöitä ja asennuksia.; Tilattavat työt tulevat sisältämään mm. seuraavia tehtäviä: lvi-työt (mm. sukitukset, putkivuotojen ja vesivahinkojen korjaamiset, ilmanvaihdon korjaus- ja muutostyöt, mittaus- ja säätötyöt); Tilattavat työt tulevat sisältämään mm. seuraavia tehtäviä: sähkötyöt (mm. valaisinvaihdot, akkujen vaihdot, sähköurakat ja -muutostyöt)
