Description

Paavolan päiväkotihanke käsittää 2-kerroksisen päiväkotirakennuksen rakentamisen uudisrakennuksena piha-alueineen ja ulkorakennuksineen. Rakennuksen laajuus on 2 697 brm2 ja 2472 kem2. Päiväkoti toimii vuoropäiväkotina. Ilta- ja yöhoidon tilojen osalta rakennus luokitellaan hoitolaitokseksi, muutoin normaalia päiväkotitilaa. Paavolan päiväkotiin tulee sijoittumaan 10 hoitoryhmää päiväkodissa, tilat yhdelle ryhmälle ilta/yö ja viikonloppukäyttöön ja palvelukeittiö. Hanke toteutetaan tilaajan teettämien suunnitelmien mukaan jaettuna urakkana, jossa pää- ja sivu-urakoitsijat ovat suorassa sopimussuhteessa tilaajaan. Pääurakoitsija vastaa työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista. Sähkö-, lvia- ja sprinkleriurakat alistetaan erillisillä sopimuksilla rakennusurakkaan.
