Description

Hankinnan kohteena on vuokrakohteena suunniteltava ja toteutettava koulu ja päiväkoti Siltamäkeen. Hanke toteutetaan tilaajan omistamalle tontille osoitteeseen Siltakyläntie 9. Tontilla sijaitseva nykyinen rakennus puretaan, ja sen tilalle rakennetaan uusi koulu ja päiväkoti, jotka sijoittuvat samaan kiinteistöön Purettavan kiinteistön laajuus on noin 4000 kem2 ja korvaavan kiinteistön laajuus on noin 8800 kem2. Kaskon tarvekuvaukseen perustuen, koulussa tulee olla 650 tilapaikkaa ja esiopetuksessa 42 tilapaikkaa. Koulussa tulee olemaan luokat 1-9. Nykyisen rakennuksen käyttö loppuu kesällä 2027. Kohteessa on tarkoitus käynnistää perusopetus viimeistään vuoden 2030 alussa. Tilaaja vuokraa kohteen 20 vuoden vuokrasopimuksella ja tekee tontista erikseen 50 vuoden vuokrasopimuksen. Hankintaa koskevat soveltuvuusvaatimukset on kuvattu ESPD:ssä ja liitteessä 4 Referenssivaatimukset. Hankinnan tarkempi sisältö sekä vertailuperusteet on kuvattu hankintailmoituksen liitteenä olevissa alustavissa tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Hankintamenettelynä käytetään neuvottelumenettelyä ja kokonaistaloudellisen edullisuuden perusteena on paras hinta-laatusuhde. Tilaaja varautuu karsimaan ehdokkaiden määrää tekniseen suorituskyvyn vähimmäisvaatimuksien ylittäviin ominaisuuksiin perustuvilla valintaperusteilla, jotka on esitetty liitteessä 4 Referenssivaatimukset.
