Hankinnan kohteena on Helsingin Katajanokalla sijaitsevan asuinkerrostalon peruskorjaus kiinteähintaisena kokonaisurakkana sisältäen rakennusteknisten töiden lisäksi kaikki LVISA-työt. Peruskorjauksen kohteena on Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n omistama vuokratalokohde, joka sijaitsee Helsingin kaupungin tontilla 8009/1 (Amiraalinkatu 3, Merikasarminkatu 8, 00160 Helsinki) Urakan arvioitu alkamisajankohta on 04/2026 ja rakentamisen alkamisajankohta toukokuussa 2026. Hankintaa ei jaeta osiin, sillä usean toimittajan malli tuottaisi epätarkoituksenmukaisen sopimuskokonaisuuden aikataulunhallinnan sekä töiden yhteensovittamisen kannalta. PERUSKORJAUSHANKKEEN TIETOJA - Kohde on valmistunut vuonna 1980 - Kohteessa on 1 kpl asuinrakennus joka on kuusi kerroksinen. Lisäksi kohteessa on talousrakennus. - yhteensä 55 vuokra-asuntoa (3386 asm2) - Perhetalo/liiketila 247,5 m2 PERUSKORJAUKSEN TOTEUTUS - Rakennusten peruskorjaus toteutetaan yhdessä vaiheessa - Asukkaat muuttavat korjaustöiden ajaksi sijaisasuntoihin. Urakka alkaa asukkaiden poismuutoilla. Pois- ja takaisinmuutot sisältyvät urakkaan.
