Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy ("KLOY" tai "Tilaaja") järjestää tarjouskilpailun Vaaralan varikon projektinjohtourakan työmaavalvojien palvelusta tämän hankintailmoituksen ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinta sisältää uudisrakennuksen työmaavalvojat työlajeittain Vaaralan varikon projektinjohtourakan valvontaan. Työlajikohtaiset valvojat ovat talonrakennus-, LVIA- ja sähkötöiden työmaavalvojat (yhteensä 3 kpl). Valvojien valvontavastuut ja rajapinnat on esitetty tämän hankintailmoituksen liitteenä olevissa asiakirjoissa ja tehtäväluetteloissa. Työmaavalvonnan toimeksianto alkaa kehitysvaiheessa hankkeeseen tutustumalla sekä valmistelevilla tehtävillä. Työmaavaiheen tehtävät alkavat samassa tahdissa projektinjohtourakan töiden aloituksen kanssa, arvion mukaan marraskuussa 2026 ja työmaavaihe päättyy vuoden 2028 lopussa. Alustavan aikataulun mukaan maanrakennustyöt alkavat allianssin toimesta kesäkuussa 2026 ja rakennuksen perustamisvaihe aloitetaan marraskuussa 2026. Ennen tämän valvontatoimeksiannon valmistumista ja alkamista Tilaaja järjestää mahdollisesti jo käynnistyneiden työvaiheiden edellyttämän valvonnan. Tämän valvontahankinnan valmistuttua valvontavastuu siirtyy tässä EU-hankinnassa valitulle palveluntarjoajalle. Allianssin töiden valvonta ei sisälly tähän toimeksiantoon. Osallistumisvaiheeseen liittyvät tiedot ja dokumentit tulee laatia sekä toimittaa Tarjouspalvelu.fi-palvelussa. Osallistumishakemuksen tulee sisältää kaikki pyydetyt tiedot ja dokumentit. Kaikki osallistumishakemukseen liitettävät dokumentit toimitetaan Tilaajalle Tarjouspalvelu.fi-palvelun kautta.
