Description

Kuopion Energia Oy (Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia kaukolämpö- ja kaukojäähdytyselementeistä ja niihin liittyvistä tarvikkeista. Materiaaleihin sisältyy mm. elementtiputkia, kulmia, yhdistelmäventtiilejä ja T-haaroja. Hankinnan sisältöä on tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevissa asiakirjoissa, joihin tarjoajaa pyydetään tutustumaan ennen tarjouksen tekemistä. Hankittavat materiaalit on yksilöity liitteessä "Kaukolämpö- ja kaukojäähdytyselementit 2026". Hankittavien materiaalien määrät ovat arvioita tilaajan yhden vuoden materiaalitarpeista, eikä tilaaja sitoudu ilmoitettuihin määriin. Hankinnan suunniteltu sopimuskausi on 16.4.2026-31.3.2027. Lisäksi hankintaan sisältyy kaksi erikseen päätettävää jatko-optiota: 1.4.2027-31.3.2028 ja 1.4.2028-31.3.2029. Tilaaja ja Toimittaja sopivat yhteisesti jatko-option käyttämisestä viimeistään neljä kuukautta ennen voimassa olevan sopimuskauden päättymistä. Tilaaja pidättää oikeuden kilpailuttaa erikseen merkittävät projektiluontoiset uudisrakentamishankkeiden ja/tai laajojen peruskorjausten kaukolämpö- tai kaukojäähdytysmateriaalit.
