Description

Hankinnan kohteena on ruokailu- ja siivouspalveluiden hankinta vuosille 04/2026-03/2030. Kohdekierrokset järjestetään 11.2.2026 klo 13.00. Kierrokset alkavat osoitteesta Nilsaksentie 60, 04130 Sipoo (Nilsaksen leirikeskus). Kohdekierroksille ilmoittautuminen viimeistään 10.2.2026 mennessä osoitteeseen toimisto@hankintapartners.fi. Huom! Tarjouksen tekeminen edellyttää kohdekierrokselle osallistumisen. Hankinta koskee Sipoon seurakuntayhtymän ateria- ja siivouspalveluja kohteeseen; Nilsaksen leirikeskus, Nilsaksentie 60, 04130 Sipoo. Hankinta toteutetaan kansallisen kynnysarvon ylittävänä hankintana vuosille 2026-2030. Hankinta sisältää leirikeskuksella järjestävien tapahtumien ja leiritysten ruokailupalvelujen järjestämisen sekä leirikeskuksen puhtaanapidon. ”Sipoon seurakuntayhtymän hinnastoliite ja tarkennukset” liitteessä on kuvattu lounasruokailu sekä tyypillisiä tilaisuuksia, joita voi olla toimintavuoden aikana enemmän tai vähemmän kuin hinnoitteluliitteessä ilmoitettu määrä. Valittu palveluntuottaja sitoutuu tuottamaan seurakuntayhtymän tarpeisiin tilaustarjoilupalveluterikseen sovittuihin tapahtumiin ja leirityksiin. Ruoka- sekä siivouspalveluiden palvelukuvaukset on esitetty tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteinä.
