Description

Kuntec Oy pyytää tarjouksia kävely- ja pyöräteiden tehostetusta (harjahiekka) talvikunnossapidosta kausille 2026 - 2027 ja 2027 - 2028, jonka jälkeen sopimusta voidaan jatkaa tilaajan erillisellä päätöksellä kaudelle 2028 - 2029 ja 2029 - 2030 (optio). Kuntec Oy toimii urakassa pääurakoitsijana ja hakee kilpailutuksella aliurakoitsijaa kunnossapitoon tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden vaatimusten mukaisesti. Tarjouspyyntö jo jaettu kahteen (2) osakokonaisuuteen: 1. Urakka-alue 1 (itä) 2. Urakka-alue 2 (länsi). Kumpaankin osakokonaisuuteen valitaan oma erillinen aliurakoitsija. Tarjoja voi tarjota kumpaakin osakokonaisuutta, mutta voi tulla valituksi näin vain toiseen osakokonaisuuteen. Tarjoajan tulee ilmoittaa tarjouksessa pyydettyyn kohtaan ensisijainen osakokonaisuus, johon haluaa tulla valituksi, mikäli antaa voittavan tarjouksen molempiin osakokonaisuuksiin. Tällöin toisisjaiseen osakokonaisuuteen valitaan tarjousvertailussa toiseksi tullut tarjoaja. Molemmat osakokonaisuudet sisältävät kaikki urakka-alueen tehostetun urakan hoitotyöt. Tarkempi osakokonaisuuskohtainen urakkasisältö on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
