Hankinnan kohteena oli laitoshuoltopalvelut Helsingin, Espoon, Hyvinkään, Vantaan, Sipoon, Järvenpään ja Nurmijärven kohteisiin. Hankintaan sisältyy ylläpitosiivousta, perussiivousta sekä ikkunoiden ja välilasien pesua. Tarjoajan oli mahdollista tarjota laitoshuoltopalveluja valintansa mukaan joko yhdelle tai useammalle osa-alueelle 1. Pohjois-Uusimaa 2. Gradus ja Fokus 3. Länsi-Itä 4. Järvenpää 5. Espoo 6. Vantaa ja Sipoo 7. Helsinki-Pohjoinen 8. Pasila 9. Kanta Kaupunki Hankinta on kuvattu tarkemmin hankinta-asiakirjoissa. Tilaaja valitsee yhden (1) Palveluntuottajan per osa-alue, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Sopimuskausi on ensimmäisen (1) vuoden määräaikainen. Tämän jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo (alv 0%) on noin 6 400 000 euroa. Kyse on arviosta, eikä hankintayksikkö sitoudu ilmoitettuihin euromääriin.
