Pirte työterveys ja lääkärikeskus on emoyhtiö Tullinkulman Työterveys Oy:n ja sen tytäryhtiön Ratinan Terveys Oy:n muodostama konserni. Hankittavat palvelut tulevat molempien yritysten käyttöön. Hankintayksikkö pyysi tarjousta seuraavista palveluista: - Työasemat, näytöt ja matkapuhelimet palveluna (DaaS) Toimittajan tuli tarjota kokonaisuutta. Osa-tarjouksia tai vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytty, ellei vaihtoehtoa ole erikseen tarjouspyynnössä pyydetty. Learnpoint ICT Oy toimi hankinnassa Hankintayksikön valtuuttamana asiantuntijana.
