Description

Hankinnan kohteena on sähkönmyyntisopimuksen kilpailutus Kehyskunnille (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti ja Ylöjärvi) sekä niiden konserniyhtiöille, jäljempänä yhdessä "Tilaaja", tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Tarjoajaa pyydetään tutustumaan tarjouspyynnön liitteeseen "4 Sopimusluonnos", jossa hankinnan ehdot, mm. hinnanmuodostuminen, hankintaan liittyvän palvelun vähimmäisehdot, maksuehdot jne. on kuvattu ja joiden mukaisesti toimitaan sopimuskaudella. Tilaajien käyttöpaikkoja on tarjouspyynnön laatimishetkellä noin 1750 kappaletta ja näiden yhteenlaskettu energiankulutusarvio on 90 GWh/a. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä 1 on tarjouspyynnön laatimishetkellä ollut ajankohtainen käyttöpaikkaluettelo ja käyttöpaikkakohtainen sähkönkulutusarvio. Tilaajien sote-kiinteistöjen yhtiöittäminen 1.1.2026 saattaa vaikuttaa liitteen 1 käyttöpaikkaluetteloon ja näiden energiakulutukseen sopimuskaudella. Käyttöpaikkojen tarkat tiedot (määrä ja kulutusarviot) tullaan päivittämään valitulle toimittajalle ennen varsinaisen sopimuskauden aloitusta 1.1.2028.
