Description

Verohallinnon tavoitteena on hankkia tietopalvelu, jolla Verohallinnon virkamiehet voivat tehdä työnsä edellyttämiä yritystieto- ja henkilöluottotietokyselyitä Suomesta ja ulkomailta. Verohallinnon virkamiehet tarvitsevat Yritys- ja henkilödataportaalista löytyviä tietoja päätöksentekonsa tueksi. Tietojen saaminen on välttämätöntä työtehtävien onnistumiseksi. Hankinnan tavoitteena on, että Verohallinnolla on käytössä ajantasainen ja luotettava tietopalvelu, jolla se voi tarkistaa verovelvollisten ja sopimuskumppaniensa yritys- ja taloudellisia tietoja. Tavoitteena on, että Verohallinnolla on käytössä tehokas työkalu yritysten taloudellisen tilanteen analysointiin ja mahdolliseen liiketoiminnan seuraamiseen. Hankinnan kohteena olevan palvelun tulee sisältää yrityksiä ja yksityisiä henkilöitä koskevia raportteja sekä Suomesta että ulkomailta (Eurooppa ja Euroopan ulkopuoliset maat). Nyt hankittavat raportit on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti liitteillä 4 ja 5. Kotimaan- ja ulkomaan raportit muodostavat yhdessä niin kiinteän kokonaisuuden, ettei palvelun sujuvan käytettävyyden kannalta hankintaa voida jakaa osiin.
