Certia Oy pyytää antamaan tarjouksen tarjouspyynnön mukaisesta kolmen (3) vuoden VMWare lisenssistä. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Jättäessään tarjouksen tarjoaja sitoutuu tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden ehtoihin, eikä tarjoajalla ole oikeutta liittää tarjouksensa liitteeksi ehtoja, jotka ovat ristiriidassa tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden kanssa. Tarjottavien tuotteiden ja palvelujen tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
