Description

Hankinnan kohteena on ICP-MS/MS (eri nimityksiä, esimerkiksi QQQ-ICP-MS, Triple-Quadrupole-ICP-MS), sekä siihen sopiva automaattinen looppimallinen näytteensyöttäjä, integroitu automaattinen näytteenlaimennin sekä tarvittavat lisälaitteet. Hankinnan kohde ja vaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Laitteiden laadulliset vaatimukset on esitetty laitteiden vähimmäisvaatimuksina. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska se ei kokonaisuuden kannalta ole tarkoituksenmukaista. Hankintasopimus tehdään kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden toimittajan kanssa. Sopimuskausi alkaa molempien osapuolten allekirjoitettua sopimuksen ja jatkuu kunnes laitteet ja niihin kuuluvat palvelut ovat hyväksytysti toimitettu ja toimittaja on suorittanut takuuseen perustuvat velvoitteensa tilaajan hyväksymällä tavalla. Hankinnassa noudatetaan JYSE 2014 Tavarat (huhtikuu 2022)-ehtoja. Optiot: - huoltosopimus takuuajan jälkeiselle ajalle - öljyvapaa vakuumipumppu - lisäohjelmistolisenssit offline-käyttöön (1-3kpl) Optiona hankittavat kohteet on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. STUK päättää mahdollisista optioiden hankinnasta kustakin erikseen.
