Description

Hankinnan kohteena on vuosien 2027 ja 2028 Nuorisobarometrin ja vuoden 2026 ja 2028 Lasten ja nuorten vapaa-aikatutkimuksen aineistonkeruu. Hankinta sisältää optiot sopimuksen jatkamisesta ajalle 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2030. Optiokaudelle sijoittuvat vuosien 2029 ja 2030 Nuorisobarometrin ja vuoden 2030 Lasten ja nuorten vapaa-aikatutkimuksen aineistonkeruu. Option käyttö on ainoastaan Tilaajan harkinnassa. Joka toinen vuosi julkaistava Lasten ja nuorten vapaa-aikatutkimus tutkii lasten ja nuorten vapaa-aikaa ja harrastamista. Vuosittain julkaistava Nuorisobarometri mittaa suomalaisten 15-29-vuotiaiden nuorten arvoja ja asenteita. Nuorisobarometri toteutetaan opetus- ja kulttuuriministeriön ja Nuorisotutkimusseuran yhteistyönä niin, että ministeriössä vastuullinen taho on valtion nuorisoneuvosto. Lasten ja nuorten vapaa-aikatutkimukseen haastatellaan verkkolomakkeella vähintään 1400 10-29-vuotiasta lasta ja nuorta sekä alle 15-vuotiaiden osalta osin heidän huoltajiaan niin, että heidät ohjataan vastaamaan internetkyselyyn kotiin lähetettävää kutsukirjettä ja muistutuksia hyödyntäen. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osaan: 1. Nuorisobarometrin aineistokeruu (ennakoitu arvo koko sopimuskaudelle, eli neljälle tutkimukselle, noin 150 000-180 000 euroa). 2. Lasten ja nuorten vapaa-aikatutkimuksen aineistokeruu (ennakoitu arvo koko sopimuskaudelle, eli kolmelle tutkimukselle, noin 80 000-100 000 euroa). Toimittajavalinta tehdään osa-aluekohtaisesti ja kummallekin osa-alueelle valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja. Tarjoaja voi tehdä tarjouksen yhdelle tai useammalle osa-alueelle.
