Description

Hankinnan kohteena ovat viestinnän asiantuntijapalvelut Oikeusrekisterikeskuksen (ORK) käyttöön. Hankinta kattaa ORK:n organisaatioviestinnän sekä projektien ja hankkeiden viestintätarpeet. ORK:n organisaatioviestinnässä tavoitteena on vahvistaa organisaation brändiä ja varmistaa, että ORK:n ydinviestit ja visuaalinen ilme säilyy yhtenäisenä. Projektien ja hankkeiden osalta viestintätukea tarvitaan projektiorganisaation tueksi viestinnän toteuttamiseen sekä osassa projekteja laajojen kohderyhmien tavoittamiseen. Projekteissa mukana on ORK:n lisäksi myös muita oikeushallinnon toimijoita, ja yhteisen viestin ja visuaalisen ilmeen säilyttäminen vaatii laajempaa yhteistyötä useiden organisaatioiden kesken. Hankinnan kohteena olevat palvelut on esitetty tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Sopimuskauden pituus on neljä (4) vuotta. Sopimus sisältää lisäksi yhden (1) kahden (2) vuoden optiokauden.
