The city of Ylivieska, through its municipal engineering services, plans to procure snow ploughing and snow removal from streets and other public areas, as well as slipperiness prevention. The winter maintenance covers ploughing of streets, public areas and city properties, removal of packed snow, gritting and removal of snow where necessary. The open tender procedure is preliminarily planned for August to September 2026, with the contract period intended to start at the beginning of the winter season 2026. No requests to participate or bids are requested now. Details and dates are preliminary and may change.
