Kajaanin kaupungin tarkastuslautakunta pyytää tarjoustanne kuntalain 14 luvun mukaisesta julkisen hallinnon ja talouden tarkastuksen suorittamisesta tilikausina 2027-2030, jonka jälkeen voidaan tilaajan päätöksellä jatkaa sopimusta alkuperäisin ehdoin kahdella (1+1) optiovuodella. Tarkastuksessa tulee noudattaa Suomen Tilintarkastajat ry:n ylläpitämää suositusta "Hyvä tilintarkastustapa julkishallinnossa". Tarjottavan palvelun on täytettävä vaatimukset, jotka perustuvat sopimuskaudella voimassa olevaan lakiin tai sen nojalla annettuun asetukseen tai viranomaismääräykseen ja jotka ovat voimassa sopimuksen tekohetkellä tai jotka ovat tuolloin julkaistu ja säädetty tulemaan voimaan sopimuskauden aikana. Hankinnan kohteena on Kajaanin kaupungin hallinnon ja talouden lakisääteinen tilintarkastus tilikausille 2027-2030 sekä optiot 1+1 vuotta. Hankinta sisältää seuraavat tarkastuskokonaisuudet: 1) Peruskaupunki ja liikelaitokset Arvioitu tarkastuspäivien määrä on yhteensä 65 päivää/vuosi. 2) Tytäryhtiöt Arvioitu tarkastuspäivien määrä on yhteensä 47 päivää/vuosi. 3) Hankkeet (sis. EU-projektit) Arvioitu tarkastuspäivien määrä on 3 päivää/vuosi. 4) Kajaanin ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (KAMK) Projektien tarkastuksiin käytetään arviolta 6-8 päivää/vuosi. Tilaaja voi hankkia lisäksi muita asiantuntijapalveluja hankintalain sallimissa rajoissa.
