Description

Alkuperäisessä hankinnassa on ollut kyse merentutkimusalus Arandan varustamo- ja miehityspalveluiden toimittamisesta. Alkuperäinen sopimus on tehty v. 2020. Nyt kyse on sopimusmuutoksesta, jolla alkuperäinen hankintasopimus päätetään ennenaikaisesti osapuolten sopimuksella, joka tehdään, mikäli kilpailutuksessa löytyy toimittaja muuttuneiden olosuhteiden aiheuttamien uusien tarpeiden mukaiselle palvelulle. Alkuperäinen sopimus on tehty Suomen ympäristökeskuksen ja VG-Shipping Oy:n (y-tunnus 0894369) välille. VG-Shipping Oy:n tilalle sopimuskumppaniksi on tullut yhtiöjärjestelyiden takia Meriaura Oy (y-tunnus 0669579-8) 31.12.2021.
