Hansel Oy is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) covering laboratory supplies, chemicals and equipment used in laboratories, together with related services, for the benefit of Hansel's customers. The procurement runs from 2023 to 2027. The subject matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the call for participation and its annexes, in particular the annex 'Subject matter of the dynamic purchasing system', while the operating model of the DPS is set out in the annex 'Operating model of the dynamic purchasing system'. Customers may use electronic auctions in their internal competitions under this arrangement.
