Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Islab hyvinvointiyhtymän laaja farmakogeneettisen paneeli. Paneelin tulokset välitetään ISLABille HL7 yhteydellä ja paneelin tuloksista annetaan suomenkielinen lausunto. Laajalla farmakogeneettisellä paneelilla tarkoitetaan geenipaneelia, jossa tutkitaan yli 12 kliinisesti merkittävää lääkehoitoon vaikuttavaa geeniä. Tulosten ja lausunnon tulee olla Kanta-arkistoinnin kanssa yhteensopivia. Hankinnalla täydennetään ISLABin asiakkaiden mahdollisuuksia hankkia farmakogeneettisiä tutkimuksia. Arvioitu vuosittainen tutkimusmäärä on 400, joka perustuu aikaisempien vuosien tutkimusmääriin. Tilaajalla ei ole määräostovelvoitetta, vaan arvioitu määrä on annettu tarjouksen tekemisen helpottamiseksi. Hankinnan sopimuskausi alkaa 1.3.2026. Sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi kuuden (6) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Hankinnassa valitaan 1 toimittaja avointa menettelyä käyttäen.
