Description

Phaco-vitrektomialaite kaihi-, lasiais- ja verkkokalvokirurgiaan Päijät-Hämeen keskussairaalan silmätautien leikkausyksikköön. Hankinta sisältää myös pakolliset phaco-käsikappaleet ja fragmatomin, laitekohtaiset kulutustarvikkeet ja käyttökoulutuksen tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Laitteelle voidaan solmia huoltosopimus takuuajan jälkeen. Tilaaja päättää huoltosopimuksen käyttöönotosta erikseen. Hankinnassa on lisäksi optio yhdelle (1) vastaavanlaiselle laitekokonaisuudelle. Mahdollinen optio otetaan käyttöön, mikäli ministeriö hyväksyy lainanottovaltuuden ja investointisuunnitelman, sekä aluevaltuusto on vahvistanut vuoden 2028 talousarvion.
