Description

Hankinnan kohteena on tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä mainittu OCT-laitekokonaisuus ja siihen liittyvä huolto liitteissä määritetyllä tavalla. Laitteita hankintaan arviolta: A1 lippulaivamalli 1 kpl (+ optiolaite 1 kpl) ja A2 perusmalli 6 kpl (+ optiolaite 3 kpl). Optiolaitteiden sekä niiden huoltojen osalta tehdään erillisen päätös ja hankintaan sovelletaan tämän sopimuksen ehtoja. Optiot tulee ottaa käyttöön vuoden 2028 loppuun mennessä. Mikäli laitteiden hankintaan varattu määräraha ei riittäisikään hankinnan toteuttamiseen Hankintayksikkö varaa oikeuden: - muuttaa tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettujen laitteiden määrää - keskeyttää hankinnan tai sen osan - irtisanoa jo tehdyn hankintasopimuksen tai sen osan ilman irtisanomisaikaa
