Suorahankinnan kohteena ovat laitesidonnaiset tarvikkeet tuotteille, joita käytetään alustoissa sekä pääntuista jotka pitävät leikkauksen aikana potilaan paikallaan, niin ettei tämä valu pois leikkausasennosta. Tuotteet on tunnistettu uudelleenkilpailutuksessa HUS 397-2024 Kiinnitysvälineet potilaan teho- ja leikkaushoidon aikaiseen asentohoitoon olevan laitesidonnaisia tarvikkeita, joiden ainoa toimittaja on Ossano Scandinavia Oy. Osa tuotteista on aiemmalla, päättyvällä sopimuksella HUS 439-2021 Kiinnitysvälineet potilaan teho- ja leikkaushoidon aikaiseen asentohoitoon, 3 tuotetta ovat uusia sopimusvalikoimassa. Kun tuotteet lisätään nyt sopimukselle, saadaan niiden MKL- ja klinikkatilaukset poistettua. Valmistellaan nyt suorahankintapäätös ja tehdään 2 v määräaikainen sopimus, joka jatkuu sen jälkeen toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Jatkossa tarkistetaan tuotteiden kilpailuttaminen osana laitesopimusta.
