Description

Pyydämme tarjoustanne kuntoutujalle prosessoriohjatun olkavarsiproteesin (Speedhand2) hankintaan ja ylläpitoon. Kuntoutujalla on entuudestaan käytössä prosessoriohjattu proteesi Variplus Speed. Kyseessä on yksilöllisen tarvehankinnan puitteissa tehdyn apuvälinearvion perusteella suoritettava hankinta. Tarjousta pyydetään seuraavalle Speedhand2 -kokoonpanolle: 1) SpeedHand2 -nyrkki EQD-ranteella, rannerotaattorilla ja DynamicArm -kyynärnivelellä sekä koukulla 2) Varaosa- ja ylläpitokulut Tarjottavassa tuotteessa tulee olla asiakkaalle sopiva/soveltuva nyrkkikoko. Tarjouksen tulee sisältää myös muu tarvittava proteesityö ja komponentit (kosmetiikka, adapterit, putket sekä proteesin muut komponentit, proteesin yksilöllinen valmistus ja sovitus, käytönopastus ja neuvonta). Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä 2 Hankekuvaus.
