Tilaajina: Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialue, Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialue, Etelä-Savon hyvinvointialue, Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue ja Servica Tilaajien yhteenlaskettu arvio vuosittaisesta kulutusmäärästä on: Aktiivipyörätuolit 20 kpl / vuosi. Pyörätuolit lainaamokäyttö 1285 kpl / vuosi Annettu hankintamäärä on arvio ja ei sido tilaajia vaan on tukena tarjouksen tekemiseen. Sopimuskausi on 2+1+1 vuotta. Aktiivipyörätuoli, ristikkorunkoinen; säädettävä, kiinteä keula; Peruspyörätuoli, ristikkorunkoinen lainaamokäyttöön
