Description

Hankinnan kohteena on kuljetuspalvelut sisältäen paketti-, rullakko- ja lavalähetykset. Muuttopalvelu ja kirjepostipalvelu eivät sisälly tähän hankintaan. Keskimäärin kuukausittain Istekiltä lähtee lähemmäs 1800 erilaista kuljetuslähetystä. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tilaaja valitsee yhden (1) toimittajan, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Hankintasopimusta tulee käyttämään ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja syntyvän sopimuksen osapuolina ovat ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja valittu Toimittaja. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Istekin asiakkaat eivät ole tämän kilpailutuksen tai sen perusteella tehtävän hankintasopimuksen sopijapuolia. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta
