Description

HUS Kiinteistöt Oy kilpailuttaa HUS-yhtymän toiminta-alueella sijaitsevien sairaaloiden ja muiden toimipisteiden lasituksien huolto- ja korjauspalvelun hankinnan. HUS-yhtymän sairaalat ja muut toimipisteet sijaitsevat pääasiassa Helsingin, Espoon, Vantaan, Hyvinkään, Lohjan, Porvoon ja Raaseporin kaupunkien alueella, mutta toimintaa on myös muilla paikkakunnilla pienessä mittakaavassa. Lasituksien huolto- ja korjauspalvelu sisältää esimerkiksi erilaisten lasituksien, pleksien, kalvotuksien ja peilien huollot sekä korjaukset. Työt ovat kiireellisiä tai kiireettömiä tehtäviä ja tarjoajalla pitää olla valmius päivystystyöhön. Hankinta on jaettu alueellisesti seuraaviin osa-alueisiin: 1. HYKS-sairaanhoitoalue 2. Hyvinkään sairaanhoitoalue 3. Porvoon sairaanhoitoalue 4. Lohjan sairaanhoitoalue 5. Länsi-Uudenmaan sairaanhoitoalue Kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on valita jokaiselle osa-alueelle yksi (1) sopimustoimittaja. Sopimuksen kesto on kaksi (2) vuotta ja sopimukseen sisältyy mahdollisuus yhteen (1) kahden (2) vuoden optioon. Kohteiden laajuus saattaa muuttua sopimuskauden aikana (muutos pienempi kuin 10 %) ja muutoksista ilmoitetaan kolme kuukautta etukäteen. Muutokset eivät saa vaikuttaa tuntihintoihin. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyihin tilausmääriin sopimuskauden aikana. Lasituksien huolto- ja korjauspalvelut osa-alueelle.
