Description

Hankinnan kohteena on talous- ja palkkahallinnon sekä HR- palvelut Mestar Kuopio Oy:n käyttöön tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Hankinta kattaa tietojärjestelmät SaaS-palveluna, käyttöönottoprojektin sekä jatkuvat tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut. Palvelukokonaisuuteen kuuluu myös käyttöönottohankkeen organisointi ja toimeenpano. Palveluiden käyttöönotto tapahtuu siten, että uuden palvelun tulee olla Tilaajan käytössä kokonaisuudessaan sopimuskauden alkaessa 1.1.2027. Käyttöönottoprojekti ja koulutus tulee olla siihen mennessä valmiina. Käyttöönoton aloitus on arviolta kesäkuussa 2026, kun hankintapäätös on lainvoimainen ja sopimus on allekirjoitettu. Sopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassaolevaksi. Hankinta on kokonaisuus ja osatarjouksia ei huomioida. Valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja.
