CSC:n tavoitteena on tämän hankinnan perusteella uudistaa käyttämänsä taloushallintojärjestelmät (sovellusten päivitys tai vaihto toiseen järjestelmään) ja tämän myötä mahdollistaa suurempi automaation taso tapahtumien käsittelyssä. Tavoitteena on löytää CSC:n tarpeisiin parhaiten soveltuva helppokäyttöinen, moderni ja joustava järjestelmä. Järjestelmä tulee tukea tiedon liikkumisen ja hyödynnettävyyden helppoutta (integraatiot) järjestelmien välillä ja sitä kautta mahdollistaa automaation (sääntöpohjainen/robotiikka) hyödyntämisen laajemmalla tasolla. Haemme yhden toimittajan ratkaisua, jossa kaikkien sovellusten asennus- ja tukipalvelut toimitetaan yhdestä keskitetystä palvelupisteestä.
