Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue pyytää osallistumishakemuksia kiinteistönhoidon hankintoja varten perustettavaan dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (DPS). Tällä hankintamenettelyllä perustetaan dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä, jonka perusteella toteutettavien sisäisten hankintojen kautta tullaan hankkimaan kiinteistöhoidon palveluja Tilaajan omistamiin tai vuokraamiin yksiköihin pääkaupunkiseudulla, huomioiden Pelastuslaitoksen toiminta-alue: Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Mäntsälä, Hyvinkää ja Nurmijärvi. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisten kilpailutusten kohteena voivat olla yhtä tai useampaa kiinteistöä varten hankittavat yksittäiset kiinteistönhoitopalvelut, jotka voivat olla laaja-alaisia kiinteistönhoidon kokonaispalveluja tai hankintayksikön tarpeiden perusteella hankittavia yksittäisiä palveluja. Hankinnat voivat olla myös esimerkiksi ajallisesti tai maantieteellisesti eriytettyjä kilpailutuksia. Alustavan arvion mukaan dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä toteutetaan kymmeniä hankintoja tulevien vuosien aikana. Hankintojen kokonaisarvo on DPS:n voimassaolon aikana yhteensä arviolta noin 6,4 milj. euroa (ilman arvonlisäveroa). Kyseessä on arvio, eikä tilaaja sitoudu mihinkään hankintamääriin.
