Hankinnan kohteena on pesulakoneiden toimitukset, korjaukset ja huollot Espoon Asunnot Oy:n omistamiin kiinteistöihin. Tilaaja ei voi kertoa tarkkoja määriä ennalta eikä luvata tiettyä määrää töitä sopimusaikana. Korjaustarve ja uusien koneiden tarve tulee rikkoutumisten ja peruskorjausten perusteella. Hintalistojen määräkertoimet ovat ainoastaan tarjousten vertailua varten. Tilaaja valitsee yhden toimijan, jonka kanssa tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa oleva sopimus. Osatarjoukset eivät ole mahdollisia. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteenä olevassa tarjouspyynnössä sekä palvelukuvauksessa.
