Description

Tämän kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on saada sopimuskumppanit Espoon Asuntojen kiinteistöjen leikkipaikkojen tarkastukset, suunnittelu ja huoltopalvelut. Sopimus tulee olemaan kestoltaan toistaiseksi voimassaoleva. Valitaan lisäksi kaksi varatoimittajaa tarjouskilpailun menestyksen perusteella. Varatoimittajien valinta = 2. ja 3. pienin vertailuhinta. Tasatilanteen ratkaisu (esim. edullisin hinta2 → hinta1 → arvonta). Käytetään vain jos valittu kumppani ei pysty toteuttamaan kyseistä palvelua sopimuksen mukaisesti.
