Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Järvenpään kaupungin katuvalaistuksien huolto- ja ylläpitopalvelut sopimuskaudelle: 01.6.2026 - 31.05.2028. Sopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa optiokausille 01.6.2028 - 31.05.2030, 01.6.2030 - 31.05.2032 ja 01.6.2032 - 31.05.2034. Kilpailutuksen perusteella valitaan yksi toimittaja. Katuvalaistukseen kuuluvat katu- ja tievalaistuksen lisäksi puistojen, torien, aukioiden, leikkipaikkojen, muiden alueiden valaistus sekä erikoisvalaistus. Tilaajan erillistilauksella tilaaja voi teettää myös seuraavia töitä: sähköautojen latauspisteiden kunnossapito ja muut sähköverkon rakentamistoimet. Lisäksi osa valaisimista on ELY-keskuksen kunnossapitämällä tieverkolla. Katuvaloverkko on kaupungin omistuksessa. Sopimuskohde on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteellä 1 Palvelunkuvaus ja sen liitteillä 1 Valaisinpylväät kartta, 2 Määräluettelo ja 3 Turvallisuusasiakirja. Tarjoajan tulee ottaa huomioon tarjouksessa ja toteutuksessa samanaikaisesti tehtävät seuraavat tilaajan tai muiden osapuolten työt ja sopimukset: - katuvalaistuksen ohjausjärjestelmän palvelusopimukset - sähkönhankinta - erilliset rakennushankkeet Tilaaja ei sitoudu hankkimaan tiettyä palvelumäärää sopimuskauden aikana vaan hankkii niitä tarpeen mukaisesti.
