LBG-toimitukset Etelä-Karjalan Jätehuollon kaasuntankkausasemalle Osoitteeseen Hulkonmäentie 130 Konnunsuo. Purkuaika on arkisin 07-20. Maksimi täyttö on noin 22 tonnia. Täyttöpisteellä pneumaattinen EDS-linkki ja täyttöliittimet DN65 : MannTek murtoliitin, letku sekä MannTek letkuliitin. Kilpailutus vuoden 2027 hankittaville kaasuille. Arvioitu tarve on noin kaksi-kolme täyttöä kuukaudessa. Bio-LNG raaka-aineet: jätteet ja tähteet. Valmistettu RED III Annex IX A mukaisista raaka-aineista, polttoaineella on mahdollista täyttää jakeluvelvoitteen lisävelvoitetta. Bio-LNG täyttää veroluokkaan Biokaasu T vaadittavat kestävyyskriteerit. Biometaanin sertifikaattidokumentit: Toimitusten yhteydessä toimitetaan kestävyystodistus (POS) ja alkuperätakuu/alkuperätakuun loppukäyttötodistus (GO). Tilaaja ei sitoudu mihinkään tiettyyn ostomäärään. Aikataulu: Tarjouksentekijän tulee taata enintään kolmen päivän toimitusaika siitä, kun tilaaja tekee suullisen tai kirjallisen tilauksen. Osapuolten velvollisuudet: Tilaajan velvollisuudet, Tilaaja maksaa toimituksesta sovitun hinnan. Maksuehdot ovat 21 päivää netto. Tarjoajan velvollisuudet, Tarjoajan tulee varmistaa, että toimitukset noudattavat voimassa olevia lakeja, määräyksiä ja lupia. Tarjoaja vastaa toimituksen vakuuttamisesta, kunnes se on kokonaisuudessaan purettu tilaajan LBG-säiliöön. Tarjoaja vastaa toimituksen aikana aiheutuneista vahingoista. Vakuutukset, Tarjoaja tulee olla kaikki toiminnan kannalta tarpeelliset vakuutukset, kuten voimassa oleva vastuuvakuutus, jonka vakuutusmäärä on vähintään 1 000 000 euroa. Vakuutustodistus liitetään sopimukseen. Vastuu kolmansista osapuolista, Tarjoaja vastaa kaikista mahdollisista henkilö- tai esinevahingoista, joita kolmansille osapuolille voi aiheutua toimituksen aikana. Työturvallisuus, Tarjoaja vastaa henkilöstönsä työturvallisuudesta ja hankkii tarvittavat suojavarusteet työntekijöilleen. Tarjoaja vastaa henkilöstönsä työsuojelusta ja siitä, että työaikalakia noudatetaan. Työntekijöiden tulee olla ammattitaitoisia ja koulutettuja työtehtäviinsä ja työturvallisuuteen liittyviin kysymyksiin. Tarjoaja on välittömästi ilmoitettava tilaajalle työtapaturmista, vaaratilanteista ja muista vahingoista. Tarjoaja on esitettävä toimenpiteet vastaavien tilanteiden estämiseksi tulevaisuudessa. Hinta Tarjouksessa tulee ilmoittaa hinnaksi LBG toimitettuna ja purettuna tilaajan LBG-säiliöön. Hinta tulee ilmoittaa ilman veroja ja maksuja (arvonlisävero, energiavero, CO2-vero ja huoltovarmuusmaksu). Toimituksen hinta muodostuu seuraavasti: TTF Front Month (FM) ICE-indeksi + LBG:n toimitusketjun hinta (€/MWh). Hinnan indeksitarkistus tehdään kuukausittain TTF Front Month (FM) ICE-indeksin (Title Transfer Facility) mukaisesti. Kokonaishinta ilmoitetaan tarjouksessa syyskuun indeksien mukaan laskettuna. Hinnan sitominen, Tarjoushinta on sidottu 09/26 indeksiin. Hinnan indeksitarkistus tehdään kuukausittain. Kieli, Tarjous tulee antaa suomeksi. Alihankkijat, Jos tarjoaja käyttää alihankkijoita, heidän nimensä on ilmoitettava tarjouksessa. Alihankkijoiden on myös täytettävä samat vähimmäisvaatimukset, jotka asetetaan tarjoajalle. Tilaaja pidättää itsellään oikeuden pyytää erikseen vastaavia selvityksiä alihankkijoilta kuin tarjoajalta
