Description

Turun kaupungin konsernihallinnon hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjouksia kuumajuoma-automaateista ja niihin liittyvistä palveluista ajalle 1.6.2025 (tavoite) -31.10.2028, jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana, jollei sopimusta ole irtisanottu päättymään varsinaisen sopimuskauden loppuun. Hankinnan kohteena on kuumajuoma-automaatit Turun kaupungin eri palvelukokonaisuuksien pääsääntöisesti henkilökunnan ja kokousvieraiden käyttöön. Hinnat tulee antaa kaikille tarjouspyynnössä mainituille automaateille ja lisäksi tilattaville tuotteille. Tilaaja pidättää oikeuden valita kilpailutetuista automaateista itselleen sopivan kokonaisuuden tilausvalikoimaansa. Hankinta on jaettu viiteen (5) osakokonaisuuteen. Hintaa painotetaan eri osakokonaisuuksien välillä seuraavasti: 1. Kuumajuoma-automaatit erikoiskahveilla 35 pistettä 2. Kuumajuoma-automaatit mustalla kahvilla 10 pistettä 3. Kuumajuoma-automaatit maksuominaisuuksilla 3 pistettä 4. Kuumajuoma-automaatteihin tilattavat erillistuotteet 2 pistettä 5. Juoma-annokset 35 pistettä Tarjoajan tulee antaa kaikkiin osakokonaisuuksiin hinnat. Osien hinnat lasketaan yhteen ja yhteishintapisteet ovat enintään 85 pistettä. Lisäksi erillisistä laatukriteereistä on mahdollista saada maksimissaan 15 pistettä. Hankintaan valitaan yksi (1) palveluntuottaja.
