Description

Avoin tarjouskilpailu 140 - 770 litran jäteastioista vuosille 2026 - 2027. Hankinta keskeytetään, koska tarjouspyynnössä on havaittu olennainen virhe, jota ei voida korjata muutoin kuin keskeyttämällä hankinta. Virhe koskee tarjouspyynnön yhden osa-alueen yhden tuoteryhmän määräarvioita, sekä laadullisten kriteerien epäselvää ilmoitustapaa. Kyseessä on hankintalain (1397/2016) mukainen EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä tavarahankinta. Hankintalain 125 §:n mukaan hankintamenettely voidaan keskeyttää vain todellisesta ja perustellusta syystä. Hankintaprosessi tullaan aloittamaan alusta uudella hankintailmoituksella. Tilaajan arvio osion 1 hankintamäärästä astiatyypeittäin: 1. 140 litran ruskea 2500 kpl 2. 240 litran ruskea 3000 kpl 3. 140 litran keltainen 500 kpl 4. 240 litran keltainen 800 kpl 5. 360 litran keltainen 500 kpl 6. 660 litran keltainen 1500 kpl 7. 770 litran keltainen 500 kpl 8. 140 litran sininen 100 kpl 9. 240 litran sininen 1500 kpl 10. 360 litran sininen 300 kpl 11. 660 litran sininen 2000 kpl 12. 770 litran sininen 1500 kpl 13. 140 litran musta 100 kpl 14. 240 litran musta 600 kpl 15. 140 litran harmaa 1000 kpl 16. 240 litran harmaa 3000 kpl 17. 360 litran harmaa 1600 kpl 18. 660 litran harmaa 3000 kpl 19. 770 litran harmaa 50 kpl; Tilaajan arvio osion 2 hankintamäärästä astiatyypeittäin: 1. 140 litran ruskea tuulettuva 2000 kpl; Tilaajan arvio osion 3 hankintamäärästä astiatyypeittäin: 2. 370 litran monilokeroastia 2000 kpl 3. 660 litran monilokeroastia 1000 kpl
