Description

Hankinnan tavoitteena on toteuttaa OSAOn oppilaitoskiinteistöihin reaaliaikainen sisäilman olosuhteiden seurantajärjestelmä sekä siihen liittyvä asiantuntijapalvelu. Sopimus sisältää olosuhdetiedon pilvipalvelun (SaaS), asiantuntija-analyysin ja mahdollisuuden hankkia IoT-pohjaiset sisäilmaolosuhteiden mittalaitteita. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen: - osa-alue 1. Sisäilman olosuhdeseurantajärjestelmä ja olosuhdeseurantapalvelu - osa-alue 2. Mittalaitteet Molempiin osa-alueisiin valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja. Sisäilmaolosuhteiden seurantajärjestelmä otetaan ensi vaiheessa käyttöön Kontinkankaan toimipisteessä, mutta seurantajärjestelmän käyttöä voidaan myöhemmin laajentaa muihin toimipisteisiin. OSAOlla on olemassa olevia mittalaitteita Kontinkankaan toimipisteessä, mutta mikäli sisäilmaolosuhteiden seurantaa laajennetaan muihin toimipisteisiin, voidaan mittalaitteita hankkia lisää tämän sopimuksen piiristä. Hankittavia palveluja tullaan käyttämään OSAOn toimipisteissä. OSAO ei sitoudu ennalta määriteltyihin hankintamääriin, ja yksittäisten toimitusten volyymit voivat vaihdella toimipisteiden kulloistenkin tarpeiden mukaan. Tarjoajan tulee tarjousta tehdessään huomioida se, että tilaaja ei sitoudu ostamaan järjestelmää eikä palvelua kaikkiin kiinteistöihin (kohteisiin) ja että mittalaitteita hankitaan vain tarvittaessa. Hankinnan tavoitteena on toteuttaa OSAOn oppilaitoskiinteistöihin reaaliaikainen sisäilman olosuhteiden seurantajärjestelmä sekä siihen liittyvä asiantuntijapalvelu.; IoT-pohjaisten sisäilmaolosuhteiden mittalaitteiden hankinta.
