Tämä tarjouspyyntö perustuu Hansel Oy:n Päiväkoti- ja koulukalusteet 2021-2025 (DPS) dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (jäljempänä ”DPS”). Asiakas pyytää tarjoustanne päiväkotikalusteista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankittavien tuotteiden ja palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Kilpailutus koskee Jyväskylän kaupungin Keskustan päiväkodin ensikertaisen kalustamisen irtokalusteita. Hankinnan ennakoitu sitoumukseton arvo on enintään 310 000 euroa alv 0%, johon sisältyy kalusteiden toimitus oikeisiin tiloihin erikseen sovittuna toimituspäivänä, kokoamis- ja asennuspalvelut sekä pakkausjätteiden poiskuljetus. Hankinnan arvo on tilaajan arvio ja toimii enimmäishintana (budjettikattona). Tarjoajan antama tarjoushinta saa olla tätä arvoa pienempi, mutta ei ylittää sitä. Hankinnan arvo ei ole tarjoajaa sitova kiinteä tai täsmällinen hintavaatimus. Kalustetoimittaja sitoutuu noudattamaan kohteen puhtausluokan P1 vaatimuksia kalustuksen kaikissa vaiheissa.
