Hankinnan kohteena ovat Sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskuksen avustamien ja Allergia-, iho- ja astmaliiton toteuttamien kurssien täysihoito- ja tilapalvelut. Valtakunnalliset kurssit on tarkoitettu kaikille Suomessa vakituisesti asuville. Kurssitoiminnan tavoitteena on tuottaa laadukkaita, ajantasaista tietoa sisältäviä ja vertaistuen mahdollistavia kursseja lapsiperheille, nuorille ja aikuisille. Kurssipaikka, ajankohta, henkilökunta ja käytettävät opetus- ja ohjausmenetelmät ja materiaalit valitaan kunkin kohderyhmän tarpeet huomioiden. Hankintasopimuksen tavoitteena on ostaa vuonna 2027-2028 ja lisäksi kahtena optiovuotena toteutettaville kursseille täysihoito (majoitus ja ruokailut), tarvittavat tilat (kokous- ja liikuntatilat).
