Allergia-, Iho- ja Astmaliitto ry järjestää valtakunnallisia, suomenkielisiä kursseja aikuisille, nuorille sekä lapsille ja heidän perheilleen. Kurssit ovat ammatillisesti ohjattua tavoitteellista ryhmätoimintaa. Kurssien rahoittajana toimii Sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskus (STEA). Avustus on vuosikohtaista ja avustuksen suuruus varmistuu helmikuussa, ennakkotiedot tulevat joulukuussa. Hankinnan kohteena ovat Sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskuksen avustamien ja Allergia-, iho- ja astmaliiton toteuttamien kurssien täysihoito- ja tilapalvelut. Valtakunnalliset kurssit on tarkoitettu kaikille Suomessa vakituisesti asuville. Kurssitoiminnan tavoitteena on tuottaa laadukkaita, ajantasaista tietoa sisältäviä ja vertaistuen mahdollistavia kursseja lapsiperheille, nuorille ja aikuisille. Kurssipaikka, ajankohta, henkilökunta ja käytettävät opetus- ja ohjausmenetelmät ja materiaalit valitaan kunkin kohderyhmän tarpeet huomioiden.
