Description

Puolustusvoimien Sotilaslääketieteen Keskus (SOTLK) (jäljempänä Tilaaja) hankkii sen omien varuskuntaterveysasemien palvelutuotantoa täydentävää suun terveydenhuollon palvelua sopimuskaudelle 2027-2029 (2030). Palvelua hankintaan 16 terveysasemalle, joiden mukaisesti hankinta on jaettu osiin. Suun terveydenhuollon palvelut (ovenkahva) tarkoittaa palvelua, joka tuotetaan Tilaajan tarpeen mukaan Toimittajan tiloissa, Toimittajan henkilökunnalla ja Toimittajan välineillä. Ns. suun terveydenhuollon ovenkahva -palveluihin turvaudutaan tilanteissa, joissa hammashuollon / hammaslääkärin palvelut eivät syystä tai toisesta ole normaalein tukeutumisjärjestelyin toteutettavissa Tilaajan henkilöstön virkatyönä varuskuntien terveysasemien hammaspoliklinikoilla. Tuotettavat palvelut: - suun ja leukojen tutkimus, hoidon tarpeen määrittely ja hoitosuunnitelman laadinta - ensiapuluonteinen hammashoito - hampaiden ja leukojen röntgentutkimukset - korjaava karieshoito - endodontinen hoito - parodontologinen hoito - suukirurginen hoito Hankinnan ennakoitu arvonlisäveroton kokonaisarvo 2 148 000 euroa. Sopimus on määräaikainen ajalle 1.1.2027-31.12.2029. Osien ennakoitu arvonlisäveroton kokonaisarvo on ilmoitettu osakohtaisissa lisätiedoissa. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Suun terveydenhuollon ovenkahvapalvelut varuskunnan terveysasemalle.
