Description

Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjouksia hammasteknisistä töistä oikomishoidon osalta. Oikomiskojeet tulevat käyttöön pääasiallisesti alle 18-vuotiaille. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen osa-alueeseen maantieteellisesti; 1. OSA-ALUE 1 Oikomiskojeet Pohjoinen Kymenlaakso (Kouvola) 2. OSA-ALUE 2 Oikomiskojeet Eteläinen Kymenlaakso (Kotka ja Pyhtää) 3. OSA-ALUE 3 Oikomiskojeet Kaakonkulma (Hamina, Virolahti ja Miehikkälä) Jokaisessa osa-alueessa on sisällytettynä perinteisen jäljentämisen lisäksi digitaalinen jäljentäminen ( =vapaaehtoinen optio). Tämä tarkoittaa että tarjoaja voi tarjota myös digitaalisella jäljentämisellä tuotettuja tuotteita, mutta näitä ei ole pakko tarjota eivätkä ne vaikuta tarjousten vertailuun. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksensa yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. Hankintapäätös tehdään osa-aluekohtaisesti. Jokaiseen osa-alueeseen muodostuu oma etusijajärjestys. Suunniteltu sopimuskausi on 1.10.2026- 30.9.2028. Sopimukseen liittyy optio sopimuskauden jatkamisesta 1+1 vuodelle. Optiovuosien käytöstä sovitaan vuosi kerrallaan yhdessä Palveluntuottajan kanssa kolme (3) kuukautta ennen sen alkua. Tilaajalla ei sitoudu vähimmäisostomääriin vaan palvelua hankintaan Tilaajan tarpeen mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena ovat hammastekniset laboratoriopalvelut oikomiskojeiden osalta perinteisellä jäljentämisellä. Oikomiskojeet tulevat käyttöön pääasiallisesti alle 18-vuotiaille. Suunniteltu sopimuskausi on 1.10.2026- 30.9.2028. Sopimukseen liittyy optio sopimuskauden jatkamisesta 1+1 vuodelle. Optiovuosien käytöstä sovitaan vuosi kerrallaan yhdessä Palveluntuottajan kanssa kolme (3) kuukautta ennen sen alkua.
