Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Suun terveydenhuollon tarvikkeet ja tarveaineet Vankiterveydenhuollon (VTH) ja Vanhan Vaasan sairaalan (VVS) hammashoitoloihin. Vankiterveydenhuollon yksikkö toimii yhteishankinnan tarjouspyynnön julkaisijana. Hankinta on jaettu kuuteen (6) osa-alueeseen: Osa-alueet: 1. Aseptiikka 2. Juurenhoito 3. Paikkaushoidon tarvikkeet 4. Suojaus 5. Profylaksia, jäljentämisten aineet- ja tarvikkeet, kuvantaminen 6. Välinehuolto Tarkempi luettelo osa-alueiden tuotteista ja vaatimuksista on tarjouspyynnön hintaliitteissä 1-6 (tuotekorit). Tarjoaja voi tarjota joko yhtä tai useampaa osa-aluetta (tuotekoria). Tarjouskilpailun perusteella muodostetaan puitejärjestely siihen valittujen toimittajien kesken. Puitejärjestelyn kesto on 24kk. Tilaajalla on tämän jälkeen mahdollisuus jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (2) peräkkäisellä yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo on n. 250 000 euroa (alv 0 %). Ennakoidun arvon laskennan perusteena on huomioitu hankinnan arvioidut kustannukset neljältä (4) vuodelta. Ennakoitu arvo on sitoumukseton arvio. Sopimukseen ei sisälly määräostovelvoitetta.
