Description

Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne sisäisen tarkastuksen palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Asiakas valitsee dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisen kilpailutuksen perusteella toimittajan ja tekee voittaneen tarjoajan kanssa hankintasopimuksen. Hankintasopimusluonnos on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Hankinnan kohteena olevat palvelut on esitetty tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Asiantuntijoille asetetut vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu liitteessä "Nimetyt asiantuntijat". Hankinnan ennakoitu laajuus/sopimuskausi on noin 240 htp eli noin 40htp/vuosi. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa 31.03.2031 saakka, ellei sitä aiemmin keskeytetä. Sopimuskausi on mahdollista jakaa määräaikaiseen sopimuskauteen ja optio-osuuteen. Hankintasopimukset voivat olla voimassa enintään kuusi (6) vuotta. Hankintasopimuksen kohteena olevat palvelut tulee olla toimitettu hankintasopimuksen voimassaolon aikana. Sopimus tulee voimaan molempien sopijapuolten allekirjoitettua sopimuksen. Sopimuksen voimassaolo päättyy 31.08.2029. Sopimukseen sisältyy enintään 24kk pituinen optiokausi ajalla 1.9.2029-31.8.2031. Optiokauden käyttäminen on yksin Asiakkaan päätettävissä. Asiakas ilmoittaa option käyttämisestä Toimittajalle 31.5.2029 mennessä.
