Description

Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne tietokoneista ja niihin liittyvistä palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankittavien tuotteiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä. Hankintayksikkö valitsee sisäisen kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden toimittajan ja tekee voittaneen tarjoajan kanssa hankintasopimuksen. Tarjouksen tekeminen edellyttää hankintasopimuksen ehtojen huomioon ottamista ja hyväksymistä. Malli hankintasopimuksesta on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Sopimuskausi alkaa aikaisintaan molempien sopijapuolten allekirjoitettua hankintasopimuksen. Hankintasopimus tehdään tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevan mallin mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena ovat Valtorin asiakkaiden erityistarpeisiin hankittavat monitoimitietokoneet ja niihin liittyvät lisälaitteet, tarvikkeet ja palvelut tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Sopimuskausi on yksi (1) vuosi. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimuskautta kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella. Tilaaja ei sitoudu määräostovelvoitteeseen. Annetut hankintamäärät ovat arvioita ja ne voivat muuttua. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Toimittaja ei saa yksinoikeutta tämän sopimuksen mukaisten tuotteiden ja palveluiden toimittamiseen Tilaajalle, ja Tilaaja voi hankkia vastaavia tuotteita ja palveluja myös mahdollisilta muilta toimittajiltaan.
